(Facebook pic) PETALING JAYA: A three-year-old girl died after she was found unconscious in a drainage pond near her home in Simpang 4 Permatang Pelandok, Teluk Intan, Perak, yesterday. Hilir Perak police chief Chua Kok Lian said the incident was reported to police at around 9.24pm, after the child was found unconscious in the pond at about 7pm. “The child was taken to Teluk Intan Hospital for emergency treatment but was pronounced dead,” Bernama reported him as saying.
