Mum, daughter and son die in Dungun crash

(Facebook pic) PETALING JAYA: A woman and two of her children died near Dungun, Terengganu, after the vehicle they were travelling in skidded before crashing into a large water pipe. The incident occurred at around 6.10pm yesterday at KM59 of Jalan Jerangau-Jabor. Nurul Hafizah Shaary, 39, who was driving a Perodua Aruz, and her 13-year-old son Redzuan Arash Redzuan were confirmed dead at the scene. Dungun police chief Maizura Abdul Kadir said Nur Radya Athalia, four, died later while receiving treatment at the Jerangau health clinic, Berita Harian reported. She added that two of Nurul Hafizah’s other children, aged 14 and nine, sustained injuries and are being treated at Dungun Hospital. Nurul Hafizah and her children had been returning to Ajil after attending her younger brother’s wedding in Kampung Sura Tengah, Dungun.
