On Wednesday, the IRGC announced the launch of the 38th wave of its True Promise 4 Operation, codenamed “Ya Haidar Karrar”, marking the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali. Remaining US military bases in the region were targeted. The IRGC said Kuwait’s Al-Adairi helicopter airbase was struck twice, injuring over 100 US troops, who were being transferred to hospitals. Strategic US facilities at Mina Salman port, including the Leeds radar, as well as the Patriot camp and US troop accommodations at Mohammad Al-Ahmad and Ali al-Salem bases, were also hit, the Guards said. The IRGC reiterated that the campaign against the US and Israel will continue until the “total surrender of the enemy,” and attacks will cease only when there is no threat of war against Iran.
