(JBPM pic) SIBU: A 12-year-old boy drowned, while his 13-year-old friend remains missing after they went swimming at the Sungai Plan Lot waterfall in Kidurong, Bintulu, this afternoon. The body of Tristan Mariss Marissa Erna was recovered at 5.20pm about 5m from the river bank, in waters estimated to be 9m deep, the fire and rescue department said. The search for the second victim, identified as Daren Dakun, continues. “The two victims are believed to have been swimming at the waterfall at about 2pm with two other friends, a 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl. They were last seen at about 2.30pm,” the department said.
