Kuala Lumpur police chief Fadil Marsus said the arrests followed investigations into an investment scheme that purportedly involved cattle trading. He said both suspects would be brought to court today for a remand application, reported Kosmo! The couple was previously remanded over an alleged land investment scam which reportedly caused losses of about RM1.5 million. They were also investigated for allegedly scamming a pensioner of RM23,120 through a fake “Datuk” title award scheme.
