PETALING JAYA: Four Singaporeans believed to be connected to a murder case in Johor Bahru have been arrested and handed over to Malaysian authorities, say Singapore police. Channel News Asia reported that three men aged between 23 and 29, and a 27-year-old woman, were arrested during simultaneous operations on Thursday. The four were arrested under warrants issued by a Malaysian court, and following a request for aid from Malaysian police. They were handed over on the same day. The arrests come after a 32-year-old man died from a stab wound in the neck after being attacked in the Southkey commercial area last Saturday. Johor police chief Ab Rahaman Arsad said a suspect was arrested on Thursday while attempting to cross the immigration checkpoint into Singapore at about 12.15am, bringing the total number of those arrested to five.
